About Aligned Number

Services
Aligned Number offers two services: The Reading — a personalised phone number numerology report — and The Aligned Service — a comprehensive phone number alignment package including a full report and number sourcing. Full details of each service are available at alignednumber.com.au.
By purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms of Service in full.
Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking. All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Payment is processed securely via Stripe. Aligned Number does not store your card details.
Delivery
Reports are delivered digitally to the email address provided at the time of purchase, within 7 business days of receipt of your completed intake form. The clock starts from the moment we receive your completed intake form — not from the date of payment. If we are unable to meet the delivery timeframe for any reason, we will contact you promptly.
Refunds
All sales are final. Due to the bespoke and personalised nature of each report, refunds are not available once payment has been received and work has commenced. In the unlikely event that Aligned Number is unable to complete and deliver your report, a full refund will be issued. Please see our full refund policy below.

Each report is created exclusively for the purchasing client and is intended for their personal use only. Reports may not be reproduced, distributed, resold, or shared publicly in any form without the prior written consent of Aligned Number.
Confidentiality

Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

Your intake form responses are received via Formspree and delivered to our secure business email. Report files are stored locally and securely for the purpose of record keeping and to assist returning clients. We take reasonable steps to protect your information from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.
Who We Share It With
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except where necessary to deliver our services. The following third-party services are used in the course of our operations:

How Long We Keep It
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to deliver your service and maintain reasonable business records. If you would like your information deleted at any time, please contact us and we will action your request promptly.

Refund Policy
All Sales Are Final
Due to the bespoke and personalised nature of each Aligned Number report, refunds are not available once payment has been received and work has commenced. Each report is created exclusively for the purchasing client based on their individual phone number and personal details — it cannot be transferred, reused, or resold.

Delivery
All reports are delivered within 7 business days of receipt of your completed intake form. If we are unable to meet this timeframe for any reason, we will contact you promptly to advise of the revised delivery date.
Exceptional Circumstances
In the unlikely event that Aligned Number is unable to complete and deliver your report, a full refund will be issued promptly. We are committed to honouring every purchase made in good faith.
